Step 1 — Open the app and tap Repay
Go to your active loan in the Loans screen. Tap the Repay button. The app will show you the exact amount due for the current installment and the Casia CVU to transfer it to.
Step 2 — Make the transfer from your bank
From your bank's app, home banking, make a transfer to Casia's CVU for the amount shown.
Important: the transfer must come from a bank account in your own name.
Step 3 — Wait for confirmation
Transfers may take a few minutes to a few hours to be reflected in the app. Once your payment is processed, the installment will be marked as paid and you will see a confirmation screen.
Your repayment schedule
Each loan is repaid in equal installments, due every two weeks. Your full schedule — every due date and amount — is shown in the app at all times. The schedule does not change even if a payment is missed.
Pay on time to grow your limit
Every installment you pay on time increases your credit limit by the amount of interest paid, and contributes to lowering your interest rate on future loans.
