Where is my loan issued?

Learn where your loan funds are deposited

Updated today

When your loan is approved, your funds are issued in US dollars and converted to Argentine pesos at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of disbursement. The pesos are then deposited directly into the Argentinian bank account you linked during onboarding - your CBU, CVU, or alias.

The approved amount is transferred to your bank as soon as the loan is confirmed. From there, you can use the money like any other funds in your account: spend, withdraw, transfer, or save. There is no intermediate wallet or manual withdrawal step on your side.

💡 Important: Because funds are routed through the Argentinian banking system, the exact time for the deposit to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing. Most disbursements arrive within minutes, but some may take longer during off-peak hours, weekends, or holidays. If a deposit seems delayed, please check with your bank first, and then contact Casia support if needed.

Where to find your loan

  • Open the bank account you linked during onboarding (via your bank's mobile app, home banking, or ATM). This is the account tied to the CBU, CVU, or alias you registered.

  • You will see the loan amount as a deposit, credited in Argentine pesos.

  • You can also see the disbursement recorded in the "Loans" tab inside the Casia app, along with the date, amount, and full repayment schedule.

Tip: You can view or update your linked bank account at any time from the Casia settings. Casia supports CBU, CVU, and alias.
