I didn’t receive my loan.

If your loan has been confirmed in the app but the funds have not appeared in your bank account, here is what to check before contacting us.

Step 1 — Check your CVU

Open Settings in the Casia app and confirm that the CVU or alias registered is the account you are checking. Funds are sent exclusively to the account on file — if you recently changed banks or registered a new account, make sure you are looking at the right one.


Step 2 — Wait a little longer

Most transfers arrive within a few minutes. Depending on your bank, some may take up to a few hours. If less than 3 hours have passed since your loan was confirmed, please wait a bit longer.


Step 3 — Contact us

If more than 3 hours have passed and none of the above has resolved the issue, please reach out through the in-app chat.
