You can have one active loan at a time on Casia.
While a loan is active, the option to request a new one will be disabled in the app.
Once your current loan is fully repaid and the repayment has been processed, your loan will be marked as closed and you will be able to request a new one.
If you also have a Credit account
If you have an account on Credit (our other lending product), the same rule applies across both apps: only one active loan is permitted in total. While you have an active Casia loan, you will not be able to borrow on Credit, and vice versa.
