Option 1: In-app chat (recommended)
The fastest way to get help is directly from the Casia app. You have two ways to open it:
Tap the help icon (the question mark in the top-right corner of your loan screen).
Or open Settings (the gear icon in the top-left corner) and tap Contact Support.
Either option takes you into a conversation with our support team. You can continue the same conversation any time - your message history stays in one place, and replies come back as notifications.
Our in-app chat is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you cannot access the app, or if you prefer email, you can reach us at:
We aim to respond to every email as quickly as possible. For time-sensitive issues, we recommend using the in-app chat instead, since it lets us verify your account and respond faster.
What to include when you contact us

Screenshots, if you have them.
Please only share personal or sensitive information through the official channels listed above. Casia will never ask for your password, PIN, seed phrase, or any other credentials through another channel.
