What if I had a technical problem during the interview?
If you were unable to complete the interview due to a technical issue — such as audio not being captured or the app disconnecting — please contact us through the in-app chat and explain what happened. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may allow you to complete the interview again if the issue was technical in nature.
